We used construction adhesive to affix the bottom third of each sheet to the block wall, and nails to attach the upper portion to the studs in the framing. The leaning blocks and rocks were intended to "clamp" the sheathing until the adhesive dried. I plan to follow up with Tapcon-like screws at the bottom of each sheet, to make it less likely that the sheets will curl up and away from the block, and thereby provide an access route to small rodents and other undesirable residents.
