This photo was meant to be paired with a poem a friend of mine wrote while he was in the midst of a gnarly break-up. He felt it was to personal for me to share, and I respect that. However, after a few months I have stumpled on the image, and removed his poem to share my half of the compilation.
It was titled Broken Promise.
I posted the news clipping before but i'm curious if anyone can pick out where the street scene was taken?
Somewhere around the Linden Terace area presumably, maybe Tooley Street?

This work offers a broad view on media piracy as well as a variety of comparative perspectives on recent issues and historical facts regarding piracy. It contains a compilation of texts relating grassroot situations where strategies have been developed to share, distribute and experience cultural content outside of the confines of local economies, politics or laws. These stories recount the experiences of individuals from India, Cuba, Brazil, Mexico, Mali, China and UK.
The book is structured in four parts and begins with a collection of stories on piracy dating back to the invention of the printing press and expanding to broader issues: historical and modern antipiracy technologies, geographically specific issues, as well as the rules of the Warez scene, its charters, structure and visual culture.

Got 'volunteered' into taking some ceremony and reception shots yesterday as the pro tog was only taking the after ceremony, formal group photos.
Wedding photography is not high on my favourites list. I tried to do most without flash, as it is also not something I'm comfortable with - so a lot of noisy, very high ISO shots.
