Kailash’s children now go to school regularly. They are well-fed and are in good health. The family has sufficient food round the year. With two rooms renovated, the family now lives in a comfortable house. What a marvelous transformation!

Life School for Transformational Development ((LSTD) is a special education programme by play way method to impart positive values through a creative and scientifically prepared syllabus for five days. LSTD is conducted every year in the area development programmes of World Vision India.
This is a 5-day program for children with age- appropriate material and activities, teaching children on various social issues. The topics covered for this year's learning were good habits, child abuse, attitude, nutrition and climate change
Children in the communities are provided space to articulate their views and also to gain knowledge on various subjects for becoming a responsible citizen of our nation.The program helps children to realize their rights.

It is likely that this situation would continue for the next couple of weeks. With complete destruction of vegetables and crops in the fields, even farmers are worst affected.
