U.S. Deputy Secretary of Commerce Don Graves, NOAA Administrator Dr. Richard Spinrad, and Rear Admiral Nancy Hann, director of the NOAA Office of Marine and Aviation Operations (OMAO) and director of the NOAA Commissioned Officer Corps (NOAA Corps), visited Reagan National Airport in Arlington, VA with the Hurricane Awareness tour on May 3, 2022. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the U.S.-Saudi Arabian Business Council, led an Energy Delegation to Saudi Arabia comprised of 47 senior executives from 20 companies in both the solar and nuclear energy sectors from November 10-13, 2012. Participants on the mission sought to learn about business opportunities in clean energy within the Kingdom. The delegation was intended to deepen the bilateral commercial relationship in this important sector and during a critical period of the Kingdom’s economic development.
