La iniciativa de la cultura del cannabis se remonta a Kees Hockert, quien en 1961 descubrió un vacío legal en el código penal, estaba prohibido poseer hojas secas de cannabis, pero no cultivarlas. Aunque la posesión de droga blanda continúa siendo un delito, el Estado autoriza, no obstante, la venta de cannabis en los coffeeshops del país (casi 300 en Amsterdam). Ahora, las multas por consumir en la calle son de tan solo 30 €. En los coffeeshops te lo sirven "en bruto", en canutos ya preparados y mezclados con tabaco o marihuana sola ...en fin, a gusto del consumidor.
Desde 1961 en Los Países Bajos se venden las denominadas drogas blandas en muchas de sus ciudades, son estas las que deciden que postura tomar ante este asunto difícil de tratar por problemas políticos, económicos y sociales.
Así la legislación vigente permite a los dueños de los coffeeshops vender no más de 5 grms por persona y a no tener en posesión más 500 grms.
No esta permitido consumirlas en la calle, solamente dentro de los coffeeshops o en las terrazas de los mismos.

That was also last Sunday when temperatures were still summery. The sun was shining on my legs in thin, shiny tights and I felt very comfortable. I got some compliments on my dress and legs from other guests.
I took what I think was an ordinary shot and used Magic Sunset from Rita's collection on Coffeeshop. It really makes a difference, don't you think?
