My nephew's Chihuahua mix female pooch. She's afraid of me--and barks whenever I walk around the house. But she's a cutie none-the-less.
That's Coco's cousin Angel on the left. As you may suspect, those are not their real names. Chinese women (and men) like to adopt "American" names.

My foster Coco at the dog park (area for small dogs). She is coming along well, and continues to grow trust in me.
She still has a long way to go with her fears, but she is well on her way!

Coco is a beautiful German Shepherd-Malamute mix who is slowly losing function of her rear legs and now requires a wheelchair to take her daily walks. Despite her physical challenge, her amazing attitude inspires her furry and human neighbors in her current community of La Jolla.
Coco's puppies came in for their booster vaccination. One of them in particular held a grudge but the rest were super brave. Cutest litter ever. :-)
