Sie hat insbesondere Ayurveda und die Verbindung von Yoga und Psychotherapie entscheidend vorangebracht und war auch bei der Konzeption der Yogalehrer Aus- und Weiterbildungen entscheidend beteiligt. Als Unterrichtende, Ausbildungsleiterin, Psychotherapeutin und Beraterin hat sie vielen Menschen entscheidende Impulse in ihrer Entwicklung gegeben.
