I took this scenery inside the airplane cabin. it was organised amazing clouds gathering. maybe it's rarely appeared like this scenery. the date image taken was Sep 2th 2015.
I went to Portencross yesterday hoping for some stormy weather - thankfully it didn't quite materialise as much as it did at home when I was leaving. Cameras and the sort of rain that was coming down do NOT mix well.
This was taken just after I arrived, looking out to the north end of Arran where there was a little gap in the clouds.

I'm not usually one to post just cloudscapes, but had to post this one, as I feel it was too good to let go by. It unfolded before I could get to anywhere with a great foreground, so stopped and took it anyway.
This is a crop of a landscape-orientation, single shot.
It was taken in October, 2010, whilst I was in Queensland photographing my nieces wedding a few days later. This is the view from atop the Great Dividing Range as taken from Prince Henry Drive in Toowoomba.
Hoping to see some more great skies when I go up again in the second week of December.

X-RAY VISION from above....seems to be a face with rays coming from where the eyes should be....ummmmm ...whatcha think!!!
