The island of Cebu is very cloudy during this time.

This day looked like the sky was on fire.

Clouds at sunset

The Trade Winds -known as "Alisios"- push clouds full of water through the ocean to La Palma Island; then the clouds collide with the "Cumbre Nueva" range -1500 to 1600 m. high- and fall from the top, dissolving itself because of the pressure and temperature. Seeing from National Park of La Caldera de Taburiente, La Palma Island.

This shot was taken thru the windshield of 18-wheeler semi truck.

Pure himalayan coloured poetry.

Yet another unique view as you can't direct clouds as if they were drones.

This was taken near a place called Thiksey Monastery, in Ladakh, India. The Monastery is one of a kind, listed in the Unesco heritage list, lost in the mountains, but that piece of tower in that picture was the cherry on the cake.

A cherry the size of a watermelon.

It's a wonderful experience to drive through the vast stretch of coastal drive known as "17-Mile Drive", with many Vista points. This was shot near a point called "Bird Rock"

A photo from warmer times. Our holiday on Mull in the summer. The clouds legged it as soon as I set up, not sure why or where they went. Not as famous as Skye but I think equally photogenic, this spot was tremendous with so many stunning views. A beautiful evening with a lovely rich golden light. Some seals came out to play just 10 feet from me as I was packing up.

I was looking at a sunset on the other side, then I turned around and saw these clouds.

I thank you God for this most amazing day, for the leaping greenly spirits of trees, and for the blue dream of sky and for everything which is natural, which is infinite, which is yes. ~e.e. cummings

I'm enjoying taking old photos I shared online many years ago in DA and now processing them with better software. If things go right, it's a notable improvement. That makes me almost ashamed I shared it in the first place.

Hey, I'm in my 70's and still learning and growing.

Clouds don't always mess up our shots, sometimes they are the shot.
