Having been thwarted at this mornings attempt at sunrise photos by thick cloud, I was determined to get something from today, to make up for the disappointment.
A view I saw whilst lying on my back admiring the clouds at the dunes at Burnham Overy Staithe.

A tornado in the Rozel, Kansas sequence. The first was rated EF4. Haven't looked on the followups, but likely weak. A good reason to stay back is the overall view.

It's quite weird to see this kind of cloud at the beginning of February. Anyway, looks like today has been the first chase day of 2017 with this "winterly" shelf cloud.
I only had a few seconds to catch this before the light changed...

If totally no clouds on the horizon, there is no dramatic change.
I would like to see the clouds dotted it better than nothing.
