Taken from Silver City, NM with the 92mm TMB refractor at f/4.4 for a stack of 4 x 3 minute exposures at ISO 3200 with the Canon 6D.

Portia is a genus of jumping spider that feeds on other spiders (i.e., they are araneophagic or arachnophagic). They are remarkable for their intelligent hunting behaviour, which suggests that they are capable of learning and problem solving, traits normally attributed to much larger animals.

Taken with my Samsung Galaxy Tab E.I was going to crop right in on the mushroom, but then took a second look and decided I liked the way it looked uncropped, so left it just as the tablet took the photo. It does look neat when you view it by zooming in though.
