Alum Bay is a sandy bay near the westernmost point of the Isle of Wight, England, within sight of The Needles. Of geological interest and a tourist attraction, the bay is noted for its multi-coloured sand cliffs.

I am still getting the hang of the settings on the camera. This was shot in a finer mode, with a macro setting, and then I had to lighten it a tiny bit so you could see the details. I think in the larger pics we are losing a lot of detail. I'm actually going to go back and use the macro mode with the large painting, as well. Anyway, fine tuning here, it it closer to the mark?
