Quite possibly the shiniest,cleanest most sparkly 66 I have ever seen on the mainline! Huge bonus number one - this was booked via Spalding yet just as I was contemplating the chances of getting bowled, she appeared on the down slow-right next to me! Bonus number two - this was on its way to York to be named, but the nameplates were on AND uncovered. Bonus number three - the sun was shining!

So the Mele house is everything that has always made Hawaii great but with updated furnishings and style most condos can not match.
Cleanest most refreshing pool water ever. Appenzell prides itself on its water quality- drinking water especially pure and crisp. Surprising considering how many people were there. Maybe the fill it with fresh glacial water daily?

Chinese people are quite possibly the cleanest nation I've ever come across. As you may not think warmly of a journey on public transport in 40*C degrees in Europe, or in States, it won't be an issue in China. How can they manage to pull off such trick in a country of boiling temperatures and humidity, which can kill you, I've no idea.

Though Iceland and Reykjavík are what is widely considered to be one of the most well-managed and cleanest human societies on the planet, some decay, abandonment, and dilapidation does exist within the nation and city. Outside of Reykjavík, this normally manifests as abandoned houses and farmsteads, which is largely due to the nation’s rapid urbanization during the 20th Century and the increasing impracticality of formerly fruitful rural lifestyles. However, in Reykjavík, there also are a surprising number of vacant, dilapidated, or abandoned buildings mixed in among the city’s remarkably pristine urban fabric, largely abandoned due to economic circumstances or property disputes, or dilapidated due to age, disability, apathy, or impoverishment of the owners. One of the most famous abandoned buildings is the House At Vatnsstígur 4, which was occupied by protestors who squatted and set up an anarchist commune within its walls for just over a week back in 2009 at the height of the 2008 Financial Crisis that brought the tiny North Atlantic island nation to its knees. The house, built in 1901, remains abandoned and boarded up, as it has been since the protestors were forcibly evicted and carried out by the police, with the protestors barricading themselves inside in an effort to resist arrest. There are plans to convert the building into housing, but, during my visit to Iceland back in December, little had changed since the house was forcibly vacated back in 2009. The other houses are a mix of stone and concrete, with some having tons of graffiti covering their weather-worn walls, and others merely having peeling paint, something that is rarely seen in Iceland’s largely very pristine building stock.
One of my favorite things to do on a cruise ship is to get up early and capture the sunrise from the ship. These were taken on a rainy and overcast Saturday February 22nd, 2020, our disembarkation day back at Port Everglades (Fort Lauderdale, Florida). Other ships in port were Independence of the Seas (Royal Caribbean), Carnival Sunrise (Carnival). Sky Princess (Princess) & ms Nieuw Amsterdam (Holland America Line). We also saw the tug Indian River with the cleanest barge for fueling I have ever seen. On board the Celebrity Equinox for Seth's Big Fat Broadway Cruise from February 15th to the 22nd, 2020. The itinerary includes stops in San Juan (Puerto Rico), Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas (US Virgin Islands), Tortola (British Virgin Islands), Nassau (Bahamas) before returning to Port Everglades (Fort Lauderdale, Florida). The best part is that we are on Seth's Big Fat Broadway Cruise again!
