This is the cleanest this space has been in years! I am going to paint this week! The countertop will be changed as well...but that will come later! Right now my walls look like camoflage in spots...I've painted 3 different greens in different places around my house to determine which green I like in which light in which space. I've finally decided on the darker green. It's richer and the right tone.

1985 Sea Ray 360 Aft Cabin in immaculate condition. Probably the cleanest one out there. Powered by twin freshwater cooled 260's that run smoothly and perfectly. She is also outfitted with an Onan 6.5 kw generator, A/C, Garmin GPS, Raymarine Radar, 2 VHF radios, and stereos in the cabin and bridge. All canvas is in great condition and the isinglass is nice and clear. Boat has no leaks and is extremely clean. Must see to appreciate. All pictures taken Jan 20th immediately following a 50 mi cruise to the museum. Asking $29,500

Cart Marking showcases a truly unique collection of transport dating back from the horse and cart, to the latest, cleanest, greenest, and safest in use today.
The regulation of carts dates back over 750 years to the early days of The City with the ceremony of cart Marking evolving over time.
Today we bring all that history back to life with a modern twist. You will see vehicles ranging from handcarts and horse-drawn carts and carriages to steam engines, military vehicles and motorcycles. With historic, vintage and specialist vehicles – new and old – including the latest sustainably-powered vehicles on display.
The vehicles enter Guildhall Yard through the arch to be branded as part of this unique ceremony. As each one is presented, a commentator tells visitors about its history and relevance today. Once in position the Sheriffs, Master Carman, his two Wardens and the Master Glover, dressed in traditional robes will brand each vehicle with a red-hot iron, a ritual known as Cart Marking. It takes about two hours for all the vehicles (carts) to pass though Guildhall Yard, get marked and then process through again on a celebratory drive-past.

Though Iceland and Reykjavík are what is widely considered to be one of the most well-managed and cleanest human societies on the planet, some decay, abandonment, and dilapidation does exist within the nation and city. Outside of Reykjavík, this normally manifests as abandoned houses and farmsteads, which is largely due to the nation’s rapid urbanization during the 20th Century and the increasing impracticality of formerly fruitful rural lifestyles. However, in Reykjavík, there also are a surprising number of vacant, dilapidated, or abandoned buildings mixed in among the city’s remarkably pristine urban fabric, largely abandoned due to economic circumstances or property disputes, or dilapidated due to age, disability, apathy, or impoverishment of the owners. One of the most famous abandoned buildings is the House At Vatnsstígur 4, which was occupied by protestors who squatted and set up an anarchist commune within its walls for just over a week back in 2009 at the height of the 2008 Financial Crisis that brought the tiny North Atlantic island nation to its knees. The house, built in 1901, remains abandoned and boarded up, as it has been since the protestors were forcibly evicted and carried out by the police, with the protestors barricading themselves inside in an effort to resist arrest. There are plans to convert the building into housing, but, during my visit to Iceland back in December, little had changed since the house was forcibly vacated back in 2009. The other houses are a mix of stone and concrete, with some having tons of graffiti covering their weather-worn walls, and others merely having peeling paint, something that is rarely seen in Iceland’s largely very pristine building stock.

If you are looking for the cleanest, original, well serviced, impeccably cared for 8-Series you will find for sale anywhere, don't miss out on this impeccable example! Finished in rare Calypso Red Metallic over Beige Leather interior, this car is in phenominal condition both inside and out with no signs of accident repair, and no dents, dings, or major scratches to be found on the body anywhere. The interior is truly amazing and really shows the benefits of being garage kept its entire life. The leather is still soft and shows basically no signs of noticable wear whatsoever. The dash, door panels, rear seats, carpets, and even original floormats still look as they did the day the car left the showroom floor. Even little issues usually found on these vehicles are non-existent like the Multi Information Display with all the pixels still visible, Radio and CD changer still in excellent working order with visible display, Original wheels in excellent condition with Michelin tires, Window function and seals still excellent with do problems with the drop-down feature, etc. This car runs and drives like new with no known problems and all major functions are still in excellent working order. It has incredible power from it's turbine-like 5.0L V12 engine with no hesitation or shifting issues. Don't be lured in by less expensive 93-96 840i models that have the problematic Nikasil V8 engine that is prone to catastrophic failure. The V12 is the engine this car was designed to have and the one that has proven to be a great engine. Not to mention, if you are going to have an exotic sport coupe like the 8-Series, why wouldn't you go for the unmistakable sound and power of the V12 engine? In addition, this car has been extremely well cared for and Dealer serviced at regular intervals by the BMW dealer in Florida where it lived most of its life. If you are looking for the cleanest, lowest mileage, well cared for, garage kept, dealer serviced 850i on the market, look no further than this super clean, rare example!

This has to be one of the cleanest and nicest beaches in all of Senegal. I didn't see any trash in the sand, and there weren't any floating plastic bags in the water! Quite a different story from our beaches in Saint-Louis!
The cleanest large lake in the Philippines, visibility here runs to 20+ metres, with clear blue water and some very cool underwater rock formations.
The cleanest air I've ever breathed.

The cleanest, most beautiful marble I've ever seen. The ground is so cool and a welcome relief for hot feet caught in the sun.
