Mercury Living Presence Collector's Edition, vol. 1
Superbly remastered CDs presented in mini-LP sleeves with original cover artwork.
WCPE in the Wake Forest area of NC asked for use of some images I shot "in studio" a couple of years back. For their Fall fund-raiser, Oct. 15-28th, they have compiled a double CD of announcer favorites of classical music, for which they had a graphic designer create the artwork. It is one of their Thank You gifts for donations of $100.
The photos were donated for use.

The finest recordings these little gems are likely to ever get. Near perfect interpretations and audio quality that sounds as though it were recorded yesterday.

Herbert von Karajan conducts Mahler with Edith Mathis. After a lengthy search, in 2004 I purchased this CD from the sister of a late CD collector. This is the prettiest CD art in my collection.

If one wanted only one set of Schumann symphonies, one need look no further. it's pretty hard to choose between Paray and Szell.
