Green liveried 3 car class 101 DMU working on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway ..

During a storm in Nov 2017, bluegum trees were blown over onto the railway track outside Malmesbury on way to Darling, Western Cape, South Africa. Four class 35 diesel locos derailed of which this one Class 35-413 remained behind and will be scrapped.

Class 2 pack of just 1/16 of an inch shorter then the CL-1, 1-3/4" pack, This variety showing a more traditional U.S. American riding the big Texas salute is affectionately referred to by many a collector as the 'John Wayne' variety, especially when compared to the class one variety's far east salute rider. The brown stain at the top right of the label is iron deposits from the glue which is leached from the traditional iron pots the glue is prepared in.

Made from first class stamp with love and best wishes to Her Majesty! :)

The result from a shoot we did as part of a 'Strobist' style lighting class. I decided to spread the Strobist philosophy among our club members, so I did a quick 20 min presentation, then setup the strobes and umbrellas and let everyone take their best shot.

Individual seats as opposed to bench seating and a lot more fans. Also, I saw no other obvious tourists on the way down in third class but there were quite a few in second class.
