My favourite part of baking ginger-chocolate bisquits is the chopping of the chocolate. Yummy!

From the latest encounter with my Otter...it was finishing off a meal and was licking its chops. A moment in the life of a North American River Otter...it wasnt long after this that it noticed that I was with it and it gave me the "look" and disappeared into the water, not to be seen again that day!

A batch of former NJ Transit Arrow III's rest in a scrap yard near Woodbridge, NJ. These EMU's were retired a decade ago and have sat severed in half here since.

Wake up (wake up)
Grab a brush and put a little makeup
Hide the scars to fade away the shakeup
Why'd you leave the keys upon the table?
Here you go, create another fable, you wanted to
Grab a brush and put a little makeup, you wanted to
Hide the scars to fade away the shakeup, you wanted to
Why′d you leave the keys upon the table? You wanted to
I don't think you trust
I cry when angels deserve to die!
Pork chop is cooked sous vide with garlic, rosemary, smoked Maldon salt flakes, and olive oil for 2 hours at 144º then flash seared on 800º grill pan to complete the Maillard reaction. The result is the juciest pork chop one could imagine.

I chopped up these leeks for the Vichyssoise I made today. I always cut the leeks like this before I wash them. It is so much easier then washing them in a large piece.
I always get chopped seeds to feed the birds as they're such messy beggers these at least don't grow. I've so many random plants growing in the lawn due to seeds dropped by the garden birds before I discovered these.
Hand carved jade chop from a chop shop in Beijing, China for the Macro Mondays Group, challenge, stamps. Also known as stamps or seals, they are used in Taiwan and China to sign documents, artwork, and other paperwork. The Chinese chop is most commonly made from stone, but can also be made in plastic, ivory, or metal. This one is made from jade and is 5.5cm tall. The base is 3.5 cm square.
"The Chinese chop is used with a red paste called 朱砂 (zhūshā). The chop is pressed lightly into the 朱砂 (zhūshā) then the image is transferred to paper by applying pressure to the chop. There may be a soft surface beneath the paper to ensure a clean transfer of the image. The paste is kept in a covered jar when not in use to prevent it from drying out." (courtesy ThoughtCo)
Waking up on an early Sunday morning, scouring the forest with my Lumber Jack looking for the perfect tree to chop. Then, heading home where the fire is burning, to make my mate a hearty breakfast of farm fresh eggs and bacon. After breakfast, I will straddle my Lumber Jack wiping his mouth with a napkin... slowly kiss his soft salty lips... he'll pick me up and toss me on the bed...
