Set Description: The polar vortex has made its return to Chicago, once again turning the area into Chiberia. While not quite as cold as the last time this arctic air mass visited, it was cold enough (and pretty enough) for some cool photos along the Chicago River

World's largest hot tub?
Set Description: I couldn't help myself. I bundled up and took a quick walk along the lakefront to catch the steam rising off Lake Michigan. Freezing is an understatement. my fingers were numb after just 15 minutes - through 2 layers of gloves. My eyelashes, eyebrows, face mask, and hat even grew icicles
