Chili Dogs with cheese.

Really didn't get time to try and do a proper photo for my project today as I was to busy in work and all today's photos seem to be of hearts and things so here is a picture of Chili!!

Waxahachie,Texas 2009 (They have the very best chili cheese dogs! Actually, everything they have is good, I'm just hooked on the chili cheese dogs!)

Chili Dog: Sausage with Chili, Onion, Mustard

I did sample all the fine dining in Sacramento, including Wienerschntizel. More on that later.

I think this one was on Broadway.

Since it's my last full day in Michigan, I had to make sure I made it to National Coney Island. It is a Michigan treasure. It is certainly a treasure to me. The chili dog (with onions and mustard) and the cheese fries were delicious, as was the Vernors soda.

I'm gonna miss this place.

I would never eat this in real life, but this is Pink's.

One of many hot dogs I will be eating this weekend

"Our spicy ground beef sauce (Chili), raw onion, our spicy mustard, globs of cheese all gently livin' with a layer of sprinkled fresh cooked bacon : It's Just Art !!! $4.50" www.mauisdoghouse.com

Home made - mega yum for that chili dog flash craving.

Large. Chili cheese dog from Shoestring in Placerville.

We had lunch up at the park today.

The park was overrun with people, but the lunch place - not so much. They were steady, but not crowded.

The problem was not with the food - it is excellent. The problem is that they are not cheap, but Winnipeggers are.

Ate lunch at Coney Islander today (Admiral location). Not quite the atmosphere of the old downtown Tulsa location--I ate there in the late 70's/early 80's when I worked downtown--but the coneys are still GREAT!!!

On the way to the beach, we try to time it to come by at lunchtime so we can stop at Stewart's and get chili dogs and root beer. Divine.
