This was actually taken more than a year ago at Pete's Tavern (down on King St., near the ballpark). It's one of the more epic chili dogs I've had (I mean, look at the size of that dog!), and since I'm starting a flickr set about hot dogs, I figured I'd include it.
What you're seeing here is an A+ chili dog. Terrific Chili, huge dog that's been grilled. Yummy bun and fresh chips. Shame they no longer serve this at Pete's tavern.
when we were in the airport in Hotlanta I had a Nathan's hotdog. It was good. then I bought a pack of them at the grocery store. Mine were better.

Lafayette Coney Island looks a little scrappier than American Coney Island however it is the busier of the two businesses.

These dogs featured Pearl Meat Packing All Beef Franks placed in Arnold Potato Buns and topped with Wendy’s Chili (sold in cans) with Cheddar Cheese and Diced Onions.
