I'd heard about chewing gum graffiti but never seen it before last Sunday. Basically some artists have taken to painting designs on the ugly flattened remains of people's carelessly discarded chewing gum. This was taken on the Millennium Bridge in London. I didn't see anyone else noticing it except when they saw me mysteriously taking pictures of the walkway!

The River Chew in flood at Albert Mill, Keynsham, Somerset, 27 December 2020. In 1968 extremely heavy rain in the Mendip Hills caused a flash flood which resulted in large parts of Keynsham being inundated and much damage. The County Bridge on the River Avon just after the confluence with the Chew was washed away and communication between this part of North East Somerset and South Gloucestershire was disrupted for many months. As a result Keynsham railway station, which was due to close, was kept open. It is still open today and is well patronised.

Following a period of time together in the darkened room,we both emerged with stubbly chins & absolutely no knowledge as to how it happened. As a result I have to conclude that my test appears to be inconclusive!
As people who have enjoyed dogs as family members, Janice and I have no problem using humor about things like chew toys.
My wife is waiting for a new battery charger to come in the mail, so her DSLR is out of commission for a few more days. Here, she's photographing reflections in the canal, using her cell phone.
