Not content with just the United States brand of Cheetos putting out two collections, the Mexican brand got in on the act. I like this more than the domestic Cheetos sets.
Cheetos cheese balls: the style that I have always preferred and Frito-Lay has only occasionally provided, making me resort to store-brand cheesypoofs.
Turbos Flamas: hot corn spirals, available as its own product wherever Sabritas are sold.
Rancheritos: Small triangular corn chips with spicy (not hot) seasoning... I've never seen these on their own in my travels, but I'd like to.
Sabritones chili-lime wheat snacks: have the texture similar to pork rind but not as crunchy or crumb-creating, and I like chili-lime stuff.
Just the other day I was commenting on someone's picture of this product, saying I'd never seen it and I come from a neighborhood with a high Hispanic population. Well, I hadn't really looked, I guess, since I despise regular Cheetos. I found some, available in Crunchy and Flaming, next to the Jalepeño Cheetos, and they're pretty good. Can truly taste the chile pepper and lime. But I still hate Cheetos.

Hot & Spicy Cheetos? Don't fall for the emblem, these munchies were far from spicy-actually a bit sweet. Fun to try but not worth the $1.50 at our local Han Ah Reum (Korean Supermarket).
I saw these in the Walmart a couple months ago, but didn't bite. Thought I'ld get them next time. Next time was less than a week later and they were gone.
Fast forward to yesterday. I found them in the Shop Rite. I was going to buy Cheetos anyway. What luck!!

Have you noticed that I've decided to embrace my love of chips (crisps) lately? Well, I have. And here are the cheetos to prove it.
"Flamin' hot", by the way, means vinegary with a bit of spice. Or that could just be me. I've burned out a good deal of my heat receptors. It's a hazard of spending five years in the green chili capital of the universe (new mexico).
