Taken at the second Chase Jarvis Hangar Shoot at Sandpoint Naval Station. This is Chase demonstrating how he works to the assembled masses...what this shot doesn't capture is his flip-flopped feet grooving to the beat
Almost perfectly recreating a typical Cannock Chase National Coal Board railway scene, 'Holly Bank No.3' heads a mixed rake of NCB internal hopper wagons near the site of the Midland Railway exchange sidings and former branch to Conduit Colliery (Jerome Pit) on the once extensive Chasewater Collieries system. A very brief moment of sunshine on a photographic charter at the Chasewater Railway on 10th March 2012. I have resisted from removing the brake piping purely for authenticity, which of course could be very easily accomplished. The team at the Chasewater Railway have made a superb job in turning this loco out in NCB Staffordhshire blue and there was a smell of fresh paint when the loco passed by!

I'm usually just a crowd shooter, but I got my first go at shooting from the press pit on Saturday night!
New experience, and a tough one... The lighting situation is totally different from what I'm used to from shooting at the Odyssey Arena! I rarely have to go past IS0 800 there, but I was shooting at 1600 mostly at Chase & Status.
The crowd there was crazy, I was grabbed and poked constantly while i was in the press pit, not to mention having a few drinks thrown over me haha.
Anyways, it was a bit scary (especially the 3 song limit!) but I'm glad I had the chance to be the photographer at the other side of the barrier! :)

My little nephew Chase turned 2 last weekend and had a Thomas the Train party. My brother said minimal fondant so this is what he got! No matter... Chase had two slices and that is all that matters!
I swear, Chase doesn't use any hair products... this is how her hair is every day, naturally :-)

I have no idea what breed of dog this is. I only know that it had energy to burn on the beach.
There were several of these dogs, being exercised by their owners. This one lit out after the thrown ball like a greyhound after a rabbit. Wicked fast, is what I would call it.
After the first ball toss, I changed lenses and caught a series of frames. None had the sense of speed that I saw that day, but this one gives a bit of the joy that the dog was having.
Kind of a strange haircut, is it not?
Chase at about 5 months of age. He's a tri-colour full-bred working border collie (you can see the slightest tinge of brown underneath his ears). He's named after Dr. Chase on House. but I like to call him "fella" or "doofus".
Previously: his litter at 14 days. Chase is the one on top.
