April Critical Mass in Charlotte.
From what I've heard from others, CM hasn't been a consistent event in the Queen City.
After riding the ranks of 475+ cyclists in San Diego Critical Mass, Lia decided to corral bike people all over Charlotte. Since then, we've had at least 20 people show up!
We picked up a few people during the ride and a police-car blocked traffic for us!
A small, but promising spark for the cycling community.
Critical Mass takes place on the last Friday of every month on or around 7pm.
Anyone with a bicycle, unicycle, tricycle, etc. is welcome!
Start location varies, so check your local bike shop for flyers!
Well, as often happens, the final version is COMPLETELY different than the plan. There is a fountain and sitting area with some benches behind where the camera is on this picture that initially bought me to this location on Monday night - of course none of those turned out as I wanted. This structure caught my eye when I was shooting.
