♫ I see the sky changing
Reminds me of my changing
Wish I could tie me a rope 'round the sun
'Cause I am not done changing
Time's been talking to me
Whispering in my ear
Saying "Follow your heart
'Til it tears you apart"
But hearts keep changing
Hearts keep changing ♫

Having just sheltered from a passing squall in Charlie's Cave near Sunnyside Beach in Aberdeenshire, Scotland, the sun came back out and I took a moment to dry off a bit and get this image. Just west of this location is Logie Head and after that point, the rocks much more resemble the ones around Portknockie. Here the rock structure is more like that found at Sandend. The change is so sudden and distinct.
The driver of 150270 changes ends at Penarth station ready to run back towards Cardiff. I had hoped to grab a 769 here but both trains to arrive during my brief visit were Class 150's. 2K04 18:48 Penarth to Caerphilly.
I've been through many redecorations and demolishing homes and I have a bad habit of not taking photos of them before I change it...so here's a very recent previous one :)

Week 38 Changing Seasons
Shot with an Isco-Optic "T-Kiptagon 100 mm F 2" (projection) lens on a Canon EOS R5.
The colours changed as sunrise approached, no tidal pools but rippled sand added texture. Just before sunrise on my local beach.
The very last few minutes of August as it says farewell to storm chasing season and greets September 1 for aurora chasing season.

With the rest of the country basking in record temperatures, in Scotland it was time to get ready for winter and a change of plumage

CN L517 heads south through Ivanhoe with a GTW GP9r, CN SD60F, and a CN SD40-2. Originally the SD60F was supposed to lead but they put the GTW unit on the front.
The light changed quite dramatically when the storm clouds appeared. The sun was low in the sky and very bright, making the land, reeds etc take on a richer hue than normal.
Taken at Capernwray beside the canal.
A follow up to my previous image from this spot, the sky was ever changing being a windy day and of course so was the reflection.
These new beauties seem to change as they mature. It's not a getting old kind of change, but still healthy flower petals getting edges! Pretty!
Darss, Germany, 2019
From my point of view very characteristic scene of the baltic coastline in northern Germany. In that area, the sea is literally eating its way into the land. Some of that sand is then deposited at the northern tip of the Darss Pensinsula. Beautiful place in a constant change.
First snowfall of the season. Even though I took this photo with my mobile I spent a little bit of time about the story and the composition. The focusing of the foreground was done intentionally. The autumn is almost over and it is winter time.
It is difficult to describe this season, but if I could some it up in a phrase, it would be joy mixed with grief and laughter with sorrow. Sometimes life is hard to put into words, but one thing I can say with confidence is that my Anchor is secure and my Anchor is Christ. Though the seasons change and life can feel like one tumultuous wave after another, His faithfulness is sure and His promises are true.
The main purpose of this photograph is the expression of change in colors, mood and landscape. Focus is not the perfection of overlay of two photos including shadows,... Both were taken in 4 months difference at about the same handheld position.
"Seasons change as do people...
A girl named Autumn….enters quietly into the room….
Yet no one sees her there...
She has a certain presence, still …
and her perfume fills the air...
Yet no one speaks to her…
Her colors are not light, but bright…
reds, yellows and orange, quite a sight… "
