NEOPLAN N116/3 Cityliner Y5 DLW in it's new fleet colours with it's new owners :)

Previously, Delta has already revealed that capacity is to be reduced into the UK for the upcoming Winter 2016/2017 schedule following the United Kingdom's decision to leave the European Union.

Airline Route has published two different schedule changes mainly affecting its London Heathrow routes, the two schedule changes are during the Winter 2016 timeframe and Summer 2017 timeframe.

For the Winter 2016/2017 schedule, Delta is to switch operational aircraft on both its London Heathrow to Detroit and Minneapolis routes. The changes commence from 29th October 2016 until 25th March 2017, which include:

-Detroit: DL18/19 converts from Boeing 767-400ER to Boeing 767-300ER operation, converting back to Boeing 767-400ER for the Summer 2017 schedule whilst DL16/17 will operate utilise Boeing 767-300ER's.

-Minneapolis: DL10/11 converts from Boeing 767-400ER to Boeing 767-300ER operation.

The Summer 2017 schedule sees Delta recommencing its 3rd daily flight between London Heathrow and Atlanta, following the announcement that Virgin Atlantic will be transferring one of two daily flights back over to Delta.

DL28/29 will continue to utilise Boeing 767-400ER's, DL30/31 will utilise Boeing 767-300ER's, however DL32/33 will utilise Airbus A330-300's.

For the first time since Northwest Airlines and Delta Air Lines merger, Airbus A330's operated by the US carrier will make a comeback after a lengthy absence (not including emergency diversions). Prior to the merger, Northwest Airlines regularly utilised Airbus A330's into London, first at Gatwick during the Bermuda II Agreement and finally London Heathrow from 2008 following the introduction of the EU-US Open Skies Agreement.

During the merger of Delta Air Lines and Northwest Airlines as both fleets started to be integrated, Airbus A330's were largely concentrated operating from major SkyTeam hubs, however with the fleet integration, Boeing 767's beame concentrated on other routes.

Delta currently operates the largest Boeing 767 fleet in the world with 91 in service, which includes 12 Boeing 767-300's, 58 Boeing 767-300ER's and 21 Boeing 767-400ER's.

November Eight Three Six Mike Hotel is one of 21 Boeing 767-400ER's in service with Delta, delivered new to the carrier in December 2000 and she is powered by 2 General Electric CF6-80C2B7F engines.

26th February 2018. Here you can see BR 4MT 4-6-0 No.75078 charging up the Oakworth banking towards Haworth with a mixed goods train. This was not a normal day for the Keighley And Worth Valley Railway as the 30742 Photo Group had hired the BR Standard 4 to run all day on the KWVR line as the railway was closed to the public.

I felt quite pleased with this photograph as most of the photographers had stayed on the other side of the line so they would get more light from the sun in their shots. However, the organisers encourage you to move around and not just get the standard shot. We had already done a few runs with 75078 were I had taken some photographs on the other side - so now it was time to think outside the box.

When I edited the picture in LightRoom I just did my usual editing but also lightened the shadows to make the scene more acceptable.

Happy 61 st wedding anniversary to Ottavia and Joe!

A picture of my dear friend Ottavia beside her overgrown fruit and flower garden and two photos of the garden than has now become a lawn around the trees. A reminder that we all have to accept changes in our lives as we age and our lifestyles change.

Thanks for visiting.

During my late teens I spent some time working for a local pizza joint. One night a guy came in and asked me if I could give him change for a twenty. I complied and counted out the smaller bills. While I was counting the dough, he asked me if I could give him a couple of fives in place of the ten. All the time he kept up a lively banter. When I'd finished the transaction, he pulled out another twenty and said he forgot he had to pay some money to a friend and would appreciate change for that one too. I sighed and counted out the bills. All the while he kept up the cheerful conversation and once again he asked me to break down one of the tens. Then he asked me to give him a few bucks worth of quarters for the cigarette machine and that was it.

The next morning the manager of the store informed me that I was twenty bucks short when the receipts were tallied up. I knew immediately that I'd been had. To this day I'm not sure how the guy conned me, but con me he did.

Seeing the shady looking guy above at one of counters at the Ferry Building brought back some serious memories.

2212 leads 2Y12 empty Mindarie sands train from Pelican Point to Dry Creek through Suburban Ethelton in Port Adelaide on 21-4-08.

At Dry Creek main line locos will be added for the run to Mindarie on the Loxton line .

In a matter of months this would be a passenger only line with all freights using a new bridge over the Port River using a new alignment near Birkenhead

A change is coming I can sense it now

The weight is lifting and I'm sinking down

Birds are flying in the trees below

The tears are coming, I just let it go

If I could, I'd hold this moment

If I could, I'd make it last

Sometimes life just seems to shatter

Like we're made of glass

Breath on the water, dust in the sand

Make this moment last

Breath on the water, dust in the sand

We're all made of glass

I feel the wonder in my flesh and bones

I feel the hunger, will you take me home

Birds are flying in the trees below

The tears are coming, I just let it go

Sometimes life just seems to shatter

Like we're made of glass

If I could, Id hold this moment

If I could, Id make it last

Breath on the water, dust in the sand

Make this moment last

Breath on the water, dust ïn the sand

We're all made of glass

It has been the best part of 8 years since last visiting the spa city of Bath, and a lot has certainly changed... Most certainly, the city was one of the first outside of London to introduce a Clean Air Zone, this has meant a major modernisation of First West of England's Bath base which need to meet Euro 6 emission standards.

Since last visiting the West of England; Bath Spa in 2013 and Bristol as recent as 2018, there have been a number of changes; notably the ongoing rebranding of First's regional bus subsidiaries with Bristol and Bath being no exception.

First West of England's Bath base is one of the more modern within the First portfolio. thanks in no small part to the recently introduced Clean Air Zone, requiring buses and other heavy good vehicles to meet Euro 6 emission regulations.

Going from the end of 2015, First West of England became a large customer for Alexander Dennis Enviro400MMCs, a large portion going to Bristol between 2015 to 2017, later going to Scania N250UD-bodied Enviro400MMCs from 2017 and latterly the Enviro400CBGCity since 2019.

Bath received a batch of 8 Enviro400MMCs (33943-33950) for the Bath Unibus services... These are dual-door and long-wheelbase, delivered as part of a larger batch of 20 Enviro400MMCs, 12 of which going to Hengrove in Bristol for use on Brislington and Portway P&R services. A similar batch of 9 dual-door long-wheelbase Enviro400MMCs were delivered in 2017 for use on Bristol Unibus services.

The magenta Bath Unibus livery hasn't particularly weathered well in the past 5 years, with missing vinyls apparent on quite a selection of buses. Very recently, First West of England has begun the process of repainting the Bath Unibus Enviro400MMCs into Bathcity two-tone livery. 33947 has since received the new livery so this image is now essentially archive!

Stacie, Chelsea, Sassy and Veronica

Sassy --- Veronica Smithson, right?

Veronica --- In the plastic!

Sassy --- What brings you to F2K?

Veronica --- I'm here to cover all the behind the scenes action of the cast for the Dreamhouse shoot.

Sassy --- I guess Miss M. got in touch with you?

Veronica --- That's right. I have the exclusive to all things Dreamhouse. I just covered Barbie's showcase last night. Were you there?

Sassy --- Sadly, I had to miss it. I was planning for the shoot today.

Veronica --- You missed a really good show. So what have you got up your sleeve for the cast?

Sassy --- Well... I did have a very colorful wardrobe planned. You know, very bold. With a muted backdrop so that they'd really pop! She also said she wanted these two [nodding at the girls] in a few shots as well. So, I went and picked them up from their Grandparents' house this morning.

Veronica --- So... what happened?

Sassy --- When Miss M. came in and saw what I had planned she didn't like it. Any of it! That's why the girls are helping me break down the mannequins. All that work for nothing. Now I've got to take them back to their Grandparents' house because as Miss M put it, their services will no longer be needed.

Veronica --- Has the shoot been canceled? What's going on?

Sassy --- No no. She just changed her mind on the sister angle. She doesn't want them in the shot. Then she said her cast didn't need bold colors, blah, blah, blah... That they didn't need anything! Nothing at all!

Veronica --- So what does that mean?

Sassy --- Exactly what you think it means ...I tried to tell her, 'it's been done before' but [rolling her eyes] she knows best. I don't have time to argue with her. She knows what she wants.

Veronica --- Ohhh Sassy, you spill the best tea. This is a delicious scoop for V. News!

Fall is almost here and the leaves are starting to change.

The seemingly never ending changes continue with the masts now erected for the extension to Edinburgh’s Trams. Behind is the recently opened, but not yet completed, St James Quarter and W Hotel complex.

Junior Inspector Vaughn's log reads as follows.

We were told that the Church of the Force would be evacuating their key members, in a hope that even if we discovered the Kyber stashes, they would escape to warn the New Republic.

I was sent as an escort for Commander Axen, to make sure that she didn't eliminate any targets that the reformed ISB needed for interrogation.

Well, I love the print of this dress, but i didn't had material enough to make the skirt part puffy and I also don't like one-pieces because you can't really mix and match with them. (I also did a crop top with the top part of the dress).

WC T046 rolls into Milwaukee and prepares to hit the Cut Off with their inbound tow of goods. The 35th Street viaduct frames the last days of existence for the Milwaukee Road Shops - most of the original 1880's buildings are already leveled and only a few remain. County Stadium's days are numbered as Miller Park nears completion. In a year, WC will disappear as a corporate entity. The access road to the Shops complex will be removed in a few years replaced by a modern "blah" concrete bridge.

`Who are you?' said the Caterpillar.

This was not an encouraging opening for a conversation.

Alice replied, rather shyly, `I--I hardly know, Sir, just at present--at least I know who I was when I got up this morning, but I think I must have been changed several times since then.'
