India is famous for its spicy food but there is one more fact..... South India is more famous for its variety of dishes. This is an example of that .We ordered 2 plates called thali ( Hindi Word ) for me and brother at South Indian Restaurant called Sangeetha in Dubai and they brought this....You wouldn't believe me....I sent back 4 bowls of dishes and one bowl of rice back.....as I don't like leaving food in plate .....to add to my surprise...I could repeat these dishes without paying anything extra.....The cost of this plate was 8 AED ( Approximately 96 Indian Rs and 2 US $ )

Saturday 9th November - Chandigarh
Chandigarh's Government Museum and Art Gallery, designed by Le Corbusier.
Have developed a new interest in clicking food and drinks.Actually its more of a work then interest.Wife's recipes have published in one Iran magazine and they have encouraged her to send more.So finally got some job on photography and enjoying it a lot.
This is Mint flavored Lassi- Fat free yogurt spiced with fresh mint leaves , grounded cumin seeds ,salt and pepper.....best drink to beat heat and making your digestion strong.
