Sneak Peek on this months Challenge.
As you can see, I felt so inspired that I actually made three outfits instead of only one.
Now the hardest part begins..which one to choose for the challenge? Because I don't think we can enter more than one, right?

HPAD Challenge 3: Animal on head
I nearly couldn't do this one because Panama the tree frog had gone walkabout. Thankfully I found him in the hall cupboard (sitting on a rubber bat, but that's their business), so out he cme to have his photo taken for the first time this year. This is a really silly challenge - thank you Alidadas, it's a great way to end the week!

At the workshop that Dean Zulich hosted, our final task was to come up with a shot, get a model, light and shoot the whole thing in under 5 minutes.
This is difficult.
In my case, I conceived of a shot, got ready, and then realized I had forgotten to change to a wider lens. WAUGH. I could not physically get far enough back to do the shot I had intended. So, with the clock ticking, I improvised, had the softbox moved slightly, and shot this.
I won second place (and Dean said it was a narrow loss to first) with this shot, in the critique competition at the end of the workshop. Sometimes necessity works out well. :)

24. Dirty
When autumn leaves fall, I dream of joyfully walking through big, crunching piles of them ... the reality is more often a dirty mulch :(
I made this card for this week Lawnscaping challenge. I used all Lawn Fawn Stamps. I will put the details on my web site at thecraftycorgi.blogspot.com
my sketchbook pages inspired by the prompts in Sue Bleiweiss' book, The Sketchbook Challenge
leftover paint in my green sketchbook (tried closing the book to make an impression but ripped up the paper instead... giving it a great "weathered beaty" feel)

Now we're all so proud of Grandpa,
He's been taking this so well.
See him in there watching football,
Drinking beer and playing cards with cousin Mel
