Weekly Alphabet Challenge 31/52 ~ Egg
Thank you to everyone who pauses long enough to look at my photo. All comments and Faves are very much appreciated
I belong to a group on Facebook called 52Frames where each week a challenge is give for a certain type of photograph. This weeks challenge was Bokeh and this was my top choice of all the photos I took. You can see a couple that did not make the cut in the comments below, plus the photo from yesterday. I liked this one because of the composition, the softer colors and the ornamental grass seed heads looked a bit like a Fleur-de-Lis. One of the more fun challenges! Next week it will be photographing a bathroom with an extra challenge being a public bathroom which.... Mmm. Not going to happen! LOL
A challenge from my good friend Jo. Handed me a link and said "make this"
Considering the theme of the picture, I kept the title as just, -Challenge

Patiently waiting for you to come to me, I appreciate your beauty as you undress, holding the cuffs that are about to restrain yourself.
It's lack of faith that makes people afraid of meeting challenges, and I believed in myself.

The key to life is accepting challenges. Once someone stops doing this, he's dead.

It's about 20 minutes before dawn and the Lake Michigan break wall at Grand Haven, Michigan is lined with salmon fisherman. However I am here camera's in hand, for that distant steamboat on the lake with a cargo of cement powder from Charlevoix. The 1906 built St. Marys Challenger was the oldest operating steamboat on the Great Lakes at the time . . . . September 28, 2012.
when he looks at me this way.. I am ready for all challenges he can think of.

This is the lid of a mug of iced tea I made earlier. Once I took it out of the fridge I realized that it would work for today’s Macro Mondays challenge, “wet”.

The Challenge was take a photo of a memorial, all the ones I thought of were understandably in use this week with D Day 75 so I took a photo of a memorial seat in a churchyard (zoom in to see the plate) I don't know whether this is a British thing or everyone has them. we get them on the seafront still being decked with flowers. but I liked this peaceful one under a tree.
My thanks to all who visit and comment

XOJet Challenger 300 on the rollout after shooting an ILS approach and landing in a snow squall.
The post processing on this image helps to remove a lot of the snow obscuring the aircraft and background but I basically could not see it until it was over the numbers. It didn't help that it's a white airplane.

For the 52 in 2020 challenge - No 41: "A meal I have made". Porridge with blueberry sauce, yogurt and homemade granola topping with fresh blueberries. Not that I usually have breakfast laid out on a tray but my usual mode doesn't look well!

A section of Challenger’s fuselage on display at the ‘Forever Remembered’ memorial Exhibit Honoring Challenger and Columbia at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex in Florida.
It is a very moving memorial, as you enter you pass displays for each of the crew members with some personal items and information on them. The recovered section of Challenger and windshield of Columbia are display in a darkened separate room.
On a technical note I took this hand held with a Sony RX100M3 using the Multi-frame Noise Reduction mode (the camera takes multiple shots at a high fps and then combines them to reduce noise). It is a nice feature and I used it often in low light situations (caveats are that your subject can't be moving and you only get a jpg for output).
Union Pacific No. 3985 approaches Egbert, Wyoming, on a blustery October 9, 2008. The massive 4-6-6-4 locomotive is operating westbound on the Sidney Subdivision, returning to her home of Cheyenne, Wyoming.
