The top row is a Lazy Daisy in yellow velour, surrounded by another in pink floss. Each leaf is a decorative Lazy Daisy, meaning that a decorative straight stitch (dark green, here) is added to the Lazy Daisy (in light green) straight down the middle.

Smith & Wesson model 1800 consists of a chain with handcuffs attached at the side by a short chain. This allows some movement (e. g. for signing court papers or pointing at pieces of evidence during testimony), though restricting arm motion to prevent the prisoner from butting or hitting. If applied properly, they won't hurt, but one may find them as annoying as any restraint.

I came across this beautiful dog In Salt River Cape Town.He had the most stunning beautiful piercing ice blue eyes and looked straight through me.It was heart breaking to see him chained in a confined space and not the first time I've seen this sort of thing,and it always gets to me.
