THIS IS NOT AN ILLUSION AT ALL because it is an effect created in photoshop, not to be artistic, but to preform a special effect operation. Photoshop CAN be used on pictures submitted to the illusions group, but should be used in a more artistic or original way than this. The illusions group is not meant for showing photoshop skill.

O princípio "Inimputabilidade da Rede" contou com a participação de Lynn St. Amour, atual presidente e CEO da Internet Matters, Pedro Huichalaf Roa, subsecretário de Telecomunicações do Chile e Pranesh Prakash, um dos fundadores e atualmente diretor de políticas no Centro para Internet e Sociedade da Índia. A conferência foi realizada no dia 10 de dezembro de 2015, no Hotel Blue Tree Premium, em São Paulo.

Esther Hill was born on August 5, 1833, the fifth child of Parmenas and Jane (Kimball) Hill, in Hooksett, New Hampshire.
After she finished public school she went on to an academy at Kingston, New Hampshire to become a teacher. She and Dr. John Milton Hawks married on October 5, 1854, in Manchester, N.H. They honeymooned in the small town of Manatee, south of Tampa.
Before the Civil War, Hawks and her husband, both ardent abolitionists, had a practice in Manchester, New Hampshire. Esther studied medicine and worked in her husband's office. She graduated from New England Medical College for Women in 1857, becoming one of the first female physicians in America.
After Hilton Head, South Carolina, and the surrounding areas were occupied by Union forces in 1861, Dr. John Hawks joined the United States Colored Troops to treat the former slaves and freedmen he had advocated for in the years leading up to the war. He served as a medical officer for a black regiment on the Sea Islands of South Carolina.
In 1862, Esther volunteered as a teacher for the New York Freeman's Society. Later, she moved to South Carolina to work with her husband as a surgeon's assistant and nurse.
Drs John and Esther Hawks treated the survivors of the 54th Massachusetts Colored Regiment when they were defeated at Fort Wagner. Drs John and Esther Hawk transferred to Jacksonville and treated the wounded from the Battle of Olustee.
She kept a diary that covers the Civil War and the Reconstruction period. The South she described consisted of carpetbaggers, occupation troops, zealous missionaries, freed slaves and their hungry children.
After the war, the soldiers and slaves that Drs. Esther and John Hawks had cared for in South Carolina joined them on a trek to Volusia County, on the east coast of Florida. There, they established a large colony of freed slaves, in an area just south of what is now Daytona Beach.
John Hawks and several other men, who had been officers of black regiments during the war, formed the Florida Land and Lumber Company. They issued shares in this business venture. The officers purchased up to $1000 in stock. The former black soldiers put up $100 each, which was a large amount of money in those days.
In 1864 Esther opened a school for both black and white children in Jacksonville. Esther and John lived in Port Orange from 1866-1870 while he was establishing a black community.
In January 1869, a new schoolhouse was torched. Esther moved back to Lynn, Massachusetts and practiced medicine there the rest of her life.
She died in Lynn. on May 6, 1906 and is buried in the family plot of her parents in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Access to education, health care, and work is an essential foundation for a prosperous community. It is more important than ever in the face of the recession, which has cost 50 million jobs and pushed millions back into poverty. Yet some 180 million children work instead of attending school. Many in school fail to achieve their potential because of the lack of teachers. Even in developed countries, many young people do not get the education they need to succeed in the high-tech knowledge economy that will determine future competitiveness. There are, however, inspiring examples of partnerships between companies, governments, and civic leaders who are building opportunity in a way that makes sound business sense.
