This CGI Kitchen photography was created for a leading DIY store chain and is only a small example of the CGI images we produced for their new product launch. Our set designer and photographic stylists were responsible for all the creative production designing all the Kitchen layouts and the interior design of the room decor.
this guy was just such a lovely person, who shone so brightly in a sea of sharks. everyone selling cgi (tin sheets, which millions of homeless needed) were ripping all the ngos off. after a long time searching, we eventually found this family run business & bought from them. one kid saw a photo on a sticker of this guy & asked 'is that god?'. i think the answer could well be yes.

Das HAUS 1 von der SoA 2012, nach neusten Mesh- & Materialupdates auf dem neusten Stand der OpenSim-Technologie dient das Haus 1 inzwischen selbst als virtuelles Museum und es sind Skulpturen, Gemälde, aber auch mehrseitige Auszüge aus meinem Roman "Rosencranz und Gernegross are dead - Reclam" und das Theaterstück "Alles über Frankenstein und das dritte Auge des Dr. Totenkopf" zu bestaunen.

"Die Architektur der Hauses hat mich damals so dermassen fasziniert - es wirkt ja irgendwie ausserirdisch, phantastisch, marsianisch, jenseits von Zeit und Raum - das ich das als begehbares Objekt gestallten wollte...
Man könnte sich gut Vorstellen, in tausend Jahren solche Gebäude zum Beispiel auf dem Mars wiederzufinden. Der zetliche Bezug zur gerade angelaufenen Expedition der NASA und der nun geglückten Landung des CURIOSITY-Explorers macht es irgendwie noch spannender. Was also läge jetzt näher als dieses Haus 1 auf der "Summer of Arts" auch zu zeigen.
Die Einladung kahm etwas plötzlich und es blieb nicht viel Zeit, weshalb das Haus 1 weiterhin in einem Zusstand des Work in Progress verbleibt. Aber das Model hatte ich ja für eine Unity-Präsentation schon seit einiger Zeit in Arbeit. So können wir gleich auch zeigen wie einfach es durch das lange erwartete mesh-format geworden ist, herkömmliche CAD Dateien auch ins Hypergrid zu konvertieren. Und das Haus 1 passt auch wirklich gut zu Metropolis!"

Work in progress, nearly an exact replica of the TV Daleks except for a few minor alterations, and a total re-design for the interior which there is still a LOT left to do on.
Been a long spare-time project, just for fun and practice, but I thought I'd share my progress so far, everything you see is modeled in Maya using polys, no displacement or bump mapping.

Ames High School class of 1978 40-year post reunion summary
The 40th reunion was so fun !! The class of 1978 is quickly becoming one of the most connected classes out of all the Alumni classes at AHS, as approximately 102 1978 classmates met and re-connected on Friday Sep 28 2018 at North Cyde restaurant in North Ames, Iowa.
Saturday, September 29 we all toured the High School then 100+ classmates met again later that evening at the American Legion on Main street for a banquet, group photos, a short program and then another wonderfully enchanted evening of re-connecting with old friends. It was so much fun to see classmates we had not seen for so long, in some cases not since AHS days 40 years ago. We all have journeyed 40 years to get back together again. Ever so special to have friends that span most, if not all of your life, especially after 40 plus years. Then we shed a tear and said our goodbyes and we hope to see you again soon, maybe in 5 years.

O Comitê Gestor da Internet no Brasil (CGI.br) finaliza as comemorações de seus 20 anos com a décima conferência guiada por seu decálogo de princípios para a governança e uso da Internet.
O princípio "Inimputabilidade da Rede" contou com a participação de Lynn St. Amour, atual presidente e CEO da Internet Matters, Pedro Huichalaf Roa, subsecretário de Telecomunicações do Chile e Pranesh Prakash, um dos fundadores e atualmente diretor de políticas no Centro para Internet e Sociedade da Índia. A conferência foi realizada no dia 10 de dezembro de 2015, no Hotel Blue Tree Premium, em São Paulo.
