Here are some of the reasons that I take fewer photographs these days. I have been working on CGI art and animation.
This CGI office was created for a leading manufacture and is only a small example of the CGI photography images we produced for their new product launch. Our set designer and stylists were responsible for all the creative production designing all the room layouts and the interior design of the room decor.
All the 3D models and Photorealistic textures for this CGi office were created by our in house team of CGI illustrators/artists with the support of the Photographers and stylists department.

Ann M. Costello, director of the Golisano Foundation, introduced the foundation to the interested representatives of organizations attending a background session on the Golisano Foundations $12 million commitment to the Special Olympics Healthy Athletes program. The commitment was announced the day before at the Clinton Global Initiative meeting in New York City. The Healthy Athletes program provides health care screening clinics to athletes with intellectual disabilities.

CGI U will host a morning of community service developed in partnership with the Oakland Unified School District and the Oakland Public Education Fund. This year’s event will be held at the Havenscourt Campus in Oakland, California. The Havenscourt Campus houses five separate schools, ranging from preschool to high school, and serves more than 1,500 students each day. The Day of Action will begin with remarks by President Bill Clinton and Chelsea Clinton. CGI U students and volunteers will then work on a variety of neighborhood and school improvement activities, including urban agriculture, mural painting, and athletic facility cleanup.

Cordyline congesta is considered rare and grows to 4 metres and has orange-red fruit. It should not be confused with Cordyline rubra whch has red fruit also. The shorter wider leaves of C.rubra can usually fairly easily seperate the two species.
An identifying feature other than the red fruit is that it has rough toothed edges on the 10-20cm long petioles and on about half the length of the 30-40 cm long leaf edges. The leaves are around 2-4cm wide, being wider than black-fruiting Cordyline stricta (Narrow-leaved Palm Lily) which does not have the serrated leaf edges present on C.congesta.
Cordyline congesta is found growing along the margins and in coastal lowland rainforest from around Beenleigh in south-eastern Queensland to as far south as the Clarence River.
There are quite a few of these Cordyline congesta planted in the Hunter Region Botanic Gardens and there does appear to be some variation in the fruit colour. Some held fruit which was more maroon than red suggesting perhaps, hybridization with black-fruiting Cordyline stricta. Nevertheless the leaf bases still had the strongly serrated edges characteristic of Cordyline congesta.
A few Cordyline stricta were also growing in close proximity and were also fruiting heavily.
I will post images of all three coloured fruits.
It has been difficult to find an answer to the question of whether the maroon fruiting variety with serrated leaf bases is considered to be Cordyline congesta. None of the plant descriptions indicate that Cordyline stricta has anything other than black fruit and they only indicate red fruit for Cordyline congesta.
Until I am informed otherwise I will assume that Cordyline congesta can come with either red or maroon fruit where the leaf base edges are strongly serrated on the maroon form.
Perhaps the maroon fruiting plants could be refered to as a variation or forma eg. Cordyline congesta forma ' maroon '
Note - I think it is likely that Cordyline stricta also can occur with maroon fruit with the serrated leaf margins absent.
I have also seen that commercial plants are now available named as Cordyline stricta-congesta. Presumably these plants have the wider leaves of C.congesta plus the red fruit but without the serrated leaf edges.
