It's our "rule breaking" week where we explore "Centered Composition". Often called Bull's Eye Composition, Centered Composition is generally considered too static and a taboo technique. However, a centered subject can be very arresting and dominate the composition.

Description:
A mandala-like bloom rendered in simple line and soft color. Centered and symmetrical, it radiates peace and presence — a visual breath drawn from within.
St Paul’s Cathedral rises between two modern glass buildings, framed by strong symmetry and leading lines that pull the eye straight to the dome. The contrast between historic stone and reflective steel highlights London’s layered architecture, where centuries coexist in a single view. Shot from a low perspective, the scene feels quiet and cinematic, with cool blue tones and a calm, almost timeless atmosphere.
When on a walk, I saw this. I thought the mural added a nice touch of colours to its surroundings.

In the right two thirds of the photo, two grey buildings are visible (one in the foreground and one in the background). The left one third has a grey sky. In the centre (as part of the building in the foreground), there is a mural of green trees with a blue sky with white-blue clouds.
