While yard sailing today, Krusty found some rare antiques from the Heinz family. There were only 57 kinds ever made.....
I was VERY excited last night (and this morning too), so much that I don't care this is an awful photo, taken, well past midnight! I just had to show the dolly stand that I have been working on. Better pictures this late afternoon, hopefully before the sun goes down.
It fits 6 dolls per shelf, comfortably vertically and horizontally, with 5 shelves and if you include the table "layer" that's 6 layers x 6 = at least 36 blythes can be displayed here. I think it is sturdy, provided no one pulls out a shelf while they're taking off their dolls. Each shelf is secured by slipping it under a 1/2" of the riser. I was going to use velco to secure them a little better, but I'm thinking I won't need to, partially for aesthetic reasons as well. It is unlikely that anyone will pull out shelf, most people remove and carry their dolls by their bodies.
When not in use as a stand, the treads (flat shelf parts) can be removed and it can be a diorama that can be used to take photos! Exciting.. thinking of something for the backround for the Sweetie's Valentine's day meet happening this weekend!
What else, It's collasible, hence portable, so it is not so unwieldy transporting and takes up less space transporting and storing, though I suspect the little people in my house may want to use it to display their burgeoning collections!

Hi All. Well its been a hectic few months as I knew it would be, but its finally all over. I took my final exams at the end of July and have passed my CIDESCO and CIBTAC with flying colours! Well Honours actually :-). Just waiting on the ITEC ones
This is one of the pictures I used in my final Thesis on Aromatherapy, in the end that turned out to be a mammoth 65page beast of a document with 99% of my pictures being used (Just want to say thanks again to Rick Stoker on Flickr, for the use of his photo for my front cover! Cheers!) I would upload it somewhere but the thing is just too big in the end!
Well I am now trying to find a job in my new chosen field, which is not as easy as it sounds, but I am sure something will come along soon. In the meantime I intend to clear up my files and upload some piccies and hopefully get out with the Camera and take some new ones.
