Just sitting in a field by the road abandoned.

Taken early morning on a very overcast flat day.

Thought Id try some long long exposures. This one was 10 minutes.

Little boring hanging around for 10 minutes for each shot, but I do like the super smooth effect it gives so I think its worth it.

Small tip - if you think your 5DMKIII is resistant to rain....think again, its not! Got home after this shoot with a wet non working camera. After a bit of drying with the hair dryer and leaving it in a warm room for the day it luckily seems okay. Bit scary though!

Cetatea Argamum fort

I was particularly intrigued by the peculiar style of these carts and couldn't resist taking a picture of it. Built out of wood and mounting regular car tyres, I saw many of them used by farmers in the rural areas of Jurilovca.

This cart was resting at the sunset on the promontory of Cetatea Argamum fort, looking at the gorgeous panorama of

Lacul Golovita, a complex of lagoons on Romanian Black Sea coast on the Danube delta Biosphere Reserve.

Indossavi i colori della seta

mentre le braccia abbronzate

si lasciavano stringere

da bracciali ipotetici

ricordi incastrati l’uno all’altro

faticavano a lasciare spazio al futuro

intanto che i granelli di sabbia

prendevano la forma di una calda spiaggia

ti avevo visto lungo quelle strade

ti avevo sognato lungo quelle notti

eri tu e dov’eri mentre ti cercavo?

Avessi saputo raggiungerti prima

l’avrei fatto ancora prima di ora

ora che ora è già passato

e la vita mi ha rubato

un altro minuto

all’emozione di amarti

ora che ora è già passato

e la vita mi ha donato

un altro minuto

di te…

The Goodwill in Roseland had these "Gulfstream Goodwill" carts. I'm no scientist, but last I checked, Roseland, on the east coast, isn't exactly "gulfstream" but what do I know?

Water-buffalo-drawn carts waiting on the eastern shore of Iriomote to take visitors across the shallow water to the tiny Yubu island, in Okinawa, Japan.

A small, stray shopping cart, parked close to the 'BUS' sign, my favourite sign to photograph which can be found elsewhere in this photostream. (9821a)

An abandoned cart in a garage on the streets of Daehangno is an interesting photographic subject.

It was a chilly, overcast day. But the red carts really brightened things up.

This is a 1970s-vintage galley cart from SAS airlines; when I found it at an aircraft scrapyard, it looked like this.

I cleaned it up at a self-serve car wash, then built some interior shelves out of acrylic plastic. The cart opens on both sides; this side holds the booze, mixers, and bags of pretzels; the back side holds glasses and barware. When not in use, everything stows neatly inside.

Needless to say, next time you see someone scooping up piles of napkins and bags of peanuts during your next flight, it may be me, trying to re-stock my cart. Flight attendants are usually pretty indulgent when I explain that I use a galley cart as a bar in my living room.
