How the heck did this Caldor cart end up in Florida!!!

I made a quick pit stop at the Goodwill in the same plaza as the old Zayre and found this staring right at me! Caldor never operated a store further south than the Northern Virginia suburbs of DC, so how did this cart roll its way into a Goodwill in Florida?

The other two sides of the cart had Goodwill stickers covering over the logo, but this was the one side that didn't. According to some research, I believe this cart dates back to the 90's.
