Much more yellow in real life. These photos don't do these snakes justice. Only one year old, they have fantastic potential.
This is Gaven, a cross between a corella and a sulphur crested cockatoo. We were asked to babysit him for a week which was a lot of fun.
These photos are not as good as I would have liked but I was not able to get very close as I was on the bridge above the creek bank, and of course in the wild you take what you get.

Gilly, a long bill corella, came into our lives in early 2008 around six months after I had a massive heart attack and bypass surgery. He was found in Gilston, hence the name Gilly, and adopted very quickly with us and was very much part of my rehab program.
Out of the blue, Honky started visiting us in late 2007 and was a regular, daily visitor until in 2012 he/she partnered up to start a family. We haven't seen Honky now since 2014.
