A long time fan of modern architecture I started collecting architectural scale models about 20 years ago. These kits designed by van Zanten are beautiful in the box products. Long out-of-print I've been able to acquire 10 of his designs over the years. This is the most ambitious kit in my collection.

Modified parts of crossbone gundam. It's supposed to look like heayarms but I don't know what happened.
This is a paper (card) model of a Boeing P-26 Peashooter. It is 1:32 scale and was built by my late twin brother, Dr. Alan Joel Frenkel. The model was designed by Roman Detyna, who published it on his website, www.digitalnavy.com. Roman's model designs of warships, planes and vehicles are quite spectacular. Do check out the site. The photo
was made by my brother, in March or April of 2003.
These card models are about 14 inches long (36cm). The printed cards were sold as the 'Geoffrey Stinton Model Collection', printed in the early 1990s. As far as I know, they are no longer available, unfortunately.

Another of the "Cornflake" fleet of models owned by Roger Shaw1946 a Flickr friend, who will later add a lot of extra detail to this model such as mirrors, headlights ,rear lights, driver, steering wheel etc etc until it looks just as good as any other model bus be it metal kit, resin etc. These are strong and quite heavy models considering the materials used for it's construction. 19/03/11.
