Unknowningly to Scott, I snapped this photo of him. I really like this photo!

Captured on the IC 7002 service to Auckland when it headed through Foxton on SH1 without turning off, having no pickups or setdowns at the Main St., Foxton, stop.

Wanted to capture the movement of the feet by attaching small flashlights to his feet.

Unfortunately they didn't shine as bright as I was hoping, but ended up with a pretty decent shot.

Ah well, I'll try it again another time, with some damn bright lights!

Every once in a while, roadside stops yield the greatest surprise! Artist Kevin Beck was pulled over in Big Bend National Park, capturing the beauty of the area on his canvas, and was kind enough to allow me to photograph him at work. His paintings can be seen at kevinbeck.com/ .

For the life of me, I couldn't figure out where all of my chocolate had disappeared to. I was almost certain that I had not eaten it, but it was most certainly GONE! Since I did not think I had eaten it, I figured that someone else had. I looked closely around the chocolate bowl and saw tiny footprints. I could see the footprints because they were all chocolatey. I decided to set a trap to catch the little beggar and wouldn't you know, I caught this adorable little fairy. Of course, she denied stealing my chocolate, but I caught her red-handed, or should I say chocolate-handed!

Once I got over the shock of learning of my chocolate thief, I became quite attached to this sweet fairy. Be sure to have plenty of chocolate around for her. She will really appreciate it!

Captured!! You'd be grumpy too!

This weekend I went to a friend's wedding in Destin, Florida. The bride's grandma just bought a digital camer,a after only using film her whole life. She was following me around, asking questions and making sure she was getting the right shots. We had tons of laughs and fun, she was the life of the party.
