Variation to a shot a posted a while back, just more zoomed in.

Summer breeze, makes me feel fine, blowing through the jasmine in my mind. ... Seals and Crofts

I was out by the lake the other day and a gentle breeze was casting a light ripple across the water with the sun setting on the horizon. The lyrics of Seals and Crofts song running through my mind. So I decided to capture this moment and share it with my Flickr friends. I hope I did it justice, it was a very fine moment in time.

I love how the ice was pushed up on the shoreline. It kinda felt like a blanket and I could peak under water if I looked far enough. I was just letting my imagination run wild though. :D

Whilst exploring this old asylum, we forgot about an auto timed shot and we were captured FOREVER!...well until it was time to move on :D

Wave after wave of snow and rain had moved across the landscape of Canyonlands on this late March afternoon. The sun finally broke through, at least for a time, as the day was reaching its end. All of the formations that dot the landscape began to reappear out of the mist and glare.

Fortunately, Darla happened to be driving as the light began to emerge from the clouds. We were on a narrow two-lane road with no place to pull over, so she stopped in the middle of it to let me out of the truck. I bushwacked my way to the edge of the upper canyon with some urgency to capture this unobstructed view of the scene below. I arrived just in time, managing to get off two shots before the light disappeared again.

German officers inspect a captured British aircraft, a B.E. 12 serial number 6547 (?), in a hanger. An early fighter that was considered unsuccessful almost from the start and was withdrawn from service in France by March 1917. Thanks to Bett and Alan we can see the information about this B.E.12 as reflected below in their comments.

A moment to soon if you ask me!

Capturing a Moment! A couple had just got engaged in the middle of York. A guy just got down on one knee in the middle of York and proposed to his sweetheart. She accepted his proposal and there were smiles all round... nearly. (1065)

no rules, no limitations, no boundaries it's like an art

It was quite time-consuming to take this handheld shot with the touch screen of the EOS M.

I purchased these inexpensive mirrors at Target and painted the frames the other day. They will go into the garden to capture light and, of course, to reflect nature. When I laid the green framed mirror on the table to dry, I noticed I captured the sky. When I completed all three mirror frames, I laid them on the stones

and saw a reflection face-two eyes and a mouth!
