My late brother, Paul, finishes tying our canoe to the roof of my 1960 Frontenac.

This was long ago, but as I recall our destination that day was Oak Point.

Chilled Yarmouth lobster and scallop. With sweet mustard, Pelee Island caviar and tarragon cream. The lobster tail was delicious! A nice twist on lobster with unique flavors.

Canoe is our favorite restaurant in Toronto. They do a seasonal menu and highlight locally grown produce and locally raised meat and fish. This is a trio of scallops on lentils.
