Today we had our xmas get together for the sundancers. Then after it we was all invited back to Doris and Kerrys place for an awesome bbq breakfast ( thanx so much ) . The only catch was everyone was to wear a santa hat. Looked cute seeing all the little red hats around the newcastle baths lol .

I believe the canoe of the left is Loo Taas (Wave Eater) carved by Bill Reid for Expo'86 in Vancouver and later paddled back to Haida Gwaii.

I think Greta's life vest was a bit too big. When she cried I wanted to cuddle her more. I think my mom left those sunglasses at my house a few months ago. I like them better than mine.
i had the opportunity to work as a counselor at the camp that i grew up at for two weeks this summer. it was the most difficult job i've ever had, but it was an amazing experience.
To demonstrate the canoe used by Sir Alexander Mackenzie.
It's about 20 feet long and held 8 men and a dog and one would suppose all their gear.
If you know about canoeing you'll figure out from this photo that we got to our campsite pretty late and were eating dinner in the dark ;o)
