This is the Canon 28 fixed lens (f2.8) rangefinder. This is the model carried by the namesake of the John Walter's film, "Pecker".
A very important piece of me. Simply taken with photo booth- will upload an actual photograph of it sooner or later. :)
I plan on getting more added to it, haven't quite decided what just yet. Have a few ideas floating around.

This is the latest group photo of my Box Camera Team. There are two new ones here that haven't been posted individually yet, but I will get to that later. I collect Zeiss Ikon and Voigtlander so have included the one and only Voigtlander Box, that I know of anyway. All of the cameras in this collection are in very good to excellent working and cosmetic condition. For the photo they are arranged from earliest (bottom left) to latest (top right). Made in Germany from 1927 through 1956. Represented here are all of the basic models with several production variations thrown in. There are a few more minor variations out there, so I am always looking!

This is the Soviet copy of the very exlusive Biogon 35mm lens. It's OK, but I found it sharp but too contrasty - no better in practice than the Tessar on my point and shoot Yashica T5.

These C44s are less common, compared with the ubiquitous C3s anyway. And if you try to use one you'll see why. Quite good lenses though.
Captured by my front door camera, this cow moose lingered around the yard much of the day. No calf in tow.
We see moose from time to time in poor condition with large patches of hair missing, not sure why. I've always just assumed it was old age after a long, hard life. Could be there is a disease factor, or possibly a parasitic infection.
Anybody know?
