I finally got the terminal component of my new toy, the 50mm f/1.4 Canon lens. I can't wait for the first shots. Now I have to eliminate Canon Squeak and clean the lens a little bit. I can't wait....

This shot was taken with soviet lens Jupiter -37A with macro rings attached to my 5d mk2.

I read today that it's National Camera Day, so to celebrate I'm posting a picture of my camera.

It's not overly fancy, but it's easy to use and takes great pictures.
