Crisp, cut romaine lettuce tossed together with homemade Caesar dressing, croutons, and topped with shredded Parmesan cheese.
The dressing consists of grated garlic cloves, dry mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and a coddled egg that was blended together first. Olive oil was then slowly added and whisked vigorously to emulsify the dressing.

Transformation from larvae to pupa.
Natural colour is whitish, this larvae are dyed with bright red colour (also is possible to find in another colours, even in fluorescent). I don't know why sellers dye these insects.

Caesar says this Jeep thing is way better than than the finest Egyptian war chariot ever made. And with a rugged and dependable 60-horsepower Go-Devil Engine it can easily out perform any old two-horse chariot. Although how they get all those horses to hide under the hood is a mystery to Caesar. He assumes it must have something to do with Pluto, god of the underworld. Why else would they call it a Go-Devil Engine?
Exercise ARRCADE CAESAR 2015 (AC15), is a study of the Allied Campaign in Sicily (Operation HUSKY) in 1943. With Headquarters Allied Rapid Reaction Corps (HQ ARRC) permanently comitted as a High Readiness Force (LAND) HQ and fulfilling the NATO Joint Task Force HQ commitment since 01 July 2015, the Commander is keen to exploit the opportunity provided by AC15 to bring the ARRC team together in order to enhance their understanding and demands across the land, sea and air domains.
The exercise provides an invaluable opportunity to develop mutual understanding, to enhance component synergy and, using the past as a handrail, to provoke challenging discussion and debate on how to tackle the operational level challenges they may face in the future.

Rimless and distilled.
Gutter explained that they took Rotovac centrifuged Clamato juice (the supernatant), used celery bitters (to keep the drink rimless), distilled celery juice, distilled Worcestershire sauce and distilled Tabasco to make this clear solution. A pickled duck heart dusted with herbed bread crumb topped the drink courtesy of Chef Bangerter.
Besides being pretty, the rose-tinted particle-free drink was subtle, refined clean tasting. Love the use of the giant ice cube which ensured that the already smooth and mainly water based drink didn't get diluted any quicker. Since everyone had a different threshold to spice/heat, distilled Tabasco (added to your own drink via an eye dropper) was also provided.
Loved the attention to detail here and the little surprises (especially how excellent the concentrated particles tasted).
Clean and pure. Really lovely.
One of the circular fountains at Caesars Palace. In 1967, Evil Knievel tried to jump across this area in a motorcycle - and failed.

No two caesar's at ever the same. i still get a little nostalgic for the Ross discourse on where his latest Caesar salad sat on the quality scale. I believe the Tropicana was on the top of the list for a while.
Cost $16. Scored about about a 3 out of 5. Eggs where pretty good. Bacon overcooked, lettuce had large pieces which was annoying to try and eat/chop, and slices of baguette are not croutons. No anchovies (which really does add a something) and no drizzle. Mayonnaise on the side, and mainstream stuff, not made in-house. In other words, eatable, but you're never going to tell anyone about it.
