Transports publics du Chablais (TPC): on the Bex-Villars-Bretaye (BVB) railway line, at the Bex station square is ready to depart the regional train 546 (service R27) to Villars-sur-Ollon.
It consists of the EMU Beh 4/8 92 "Barboleuse", built by Bombardier Transportation (in the old Vevey factory) and Stadler in 2001.
Perhaps because it was the first Swiss city that I visited, I have always admired Basle's green trams. The traditional trams were of a distinctive Swiss design, unlike those found in other European cities. This Belgian-built PCC is entirely fictional but nevertheless looks comfortable in the city's classy green livery (24-Feb-15).
