Buzz Lightyear in the Pixar parade at Hollywood Studios.

I went to cut some blossoms to bring inside and as I was reaching up noticed the tree full of bees. For some reason they are invisible when photographed except for the scariest one- the giant black bee.

The tree smells sooooooo good.

This Buzz Lightyear was so awesome. His head is a rear-projection screen. The screen is molded into the shape of his head. It looks like so cool, just like a real being. I thought it was the most awesome puppet ever, but then Ian realized it was a TV. So cool!

After going twenty-seven days on the road solo, and only a limited number of days with good conversations, I met Buzz at the Royal Canadian Mint. Buzz didn't talk all that much, but we hit it off right away, so he joined the trip. It was nice to share those long stretches of silence with somebody... or something...
