I created Buzz Lightyear just for fun.
I modeled, rigged and animated him all in Autodesk Maya.
Buzz Lightyear is the copyright of Pixar.

Maybe homework, maybe a love letter? Blind candid shot of unknown girl at Buzz Brew's Cafe in Dallas, Texas
I went to cut some blossoms to bring inside and as I was reaching up noticed the tree full of bees. For some reason they are invisible when photographed except for the scariest one- the giant black bee.
The tree smells sooooooo good.

Buzz came in for a revisit check to assess his ear. He still has an infection and required extended ear drops.
Buzz the Beaver, Winnipeg.
After going twenty-seven days on the road solo, and only a limited number of days with good conversations, I met Buzz at the Royal Canadian Mint. Buzz didn't talk all that much, but we hit it off right away, so he joined the trip. It was nice to share those long stretches of silence with somebody... or something...
I was shooting Bluebonnets on our land opposite this little guy when he buzzed by me. I turned around to get this shot quickly; at least, as quick as I could. I was shooting with my old Micro Nikkor 55mm f/2.8 that is 100% manual (focus and exposure all manual). I love that lens just like I do my old Pentax lens - they are all metal, quality build, pleasing bokeh and very sharp when the focus is dialed in well. The bee flew off before I could zero in on the focus. When I switch systems I am not going to miss my new Nikon primes, nor the 70-200 but I will miss this old tank of a lens.
