Susan Morgan of Granite City, hasn't had a dog in her home for a year and it was time to adopt one. Buzz was very glad to be picked and promises to be a good boy. He will even get to go to work with his Mom if he behaves well.
Buzz Aldrin first flew aboard Gemini 12 and conducted the Gemini programs most successful series of spacewalks, his next assignment was as lunar Module pilot aboard Apollo 11, which achieved historys first manned lunar landing where he and Neil Armstrong set up experimants and collected many samples for return to Earth.

Why This Photo Is Meaningful to Me: Natural pollinators are in jeopardy today. This bee was doing a good job, and was very photogenic! I took this photo in hopes to show people their beauty, talent, and gentleness. They should be protected from humans harming them, and just left at peace to do their job; which contributes to the grace of our outdoors, and also helps the foods we love so much to grow.
Buzz had a great time playing with Troy...Troy may be small but he can definitely hold his own with the big dogs! That's Lexy in the background, eating grass.....
